In the Book of 2 Timothy, Paul called Timothy to know and preach the Word of God. Paul’s constant emphasis on the Scriptures was so that the Christians would not be led astray by false doctrines that were bound to come their way.  This is true of our modern times, too. “Guard the Gospel – A First Principles Study” equips young Christians with Scriptures and Biblical knowledge to deepen their convictions in basic Christian doctrines and to be trained in God’s Word. This will in turn deepen their own convictions from the Bible so that they will be able to stand against Satan in any form, be it family persecution, criticism or personal doubt. At the same time, it will help them grow in their confidence and be fully equipped in sharing their faith with their family and friends.
